Osi is board chairman of Inspire Growth and Development Initiatives and a Director of Tungsten Energy Ltd in UK and Nigeria, a power service and renewable energy company.

Osi is an IT Consultant and an Entrepreneur and still finds time for charity work. He is the visioner for IGDI, a dream that stems from his experience as a product of a single mother who struggled to raise seven children. Growing in Southeast Nigeria, there were holidays that the family will have no food to eat and school fees were supplemented from proceeds from subsistence farming. The vision for IGDI started in 2010 when he began to devote 7% of his IT company's income to grants for the education of young persons who could not afford it. In 2022, IGDI was born as a registered charity in the UK, to enable the expansion of this vision and including of like minded individuals and companies, in the fostering of education for the less privileged.

Osi holds a PhD in Big Data Analytics from University of Huddersfield, UK, an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the prestigious Cranfield University, UK and a BEng degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from FUT, Owerri. He is a certified SCOR Professional, a PRINCE 2 certified Project Manager, a certified P3O Manager and a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also a member of the global Project Management Institute (PMI).

Although he runs two commercial enterprises, Osi also leaves time to contribute to the local community, doing volunteer work through the mentoring of young people across Nigeria, North London and Bedfordshire in UK. In conjunction with a charity organisation in London – he evolved and ran an annual IT conference in 2016 to 2019. The conference brought together ICT and aspiring IT professionals from across the UK to help the less privileged and minorities get into professional employment. He also runs a IGDI charity that sponsors the high school and university education of indigent students in Nigeria on part time. Osi also finds time to share professional experience with students and is a guest lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire and the University of Bath in the UK.

Christian is an accomplished scholar and academic with many years of teaching experience in higher education in the UK, and with a strong background in accounting, finance, corporate governance, and ethical leadership. He is an experienced lecturer and demonstrated ability to create solutions that improve learners' success and overall outcomes.

Christian's research and areas of specialisation are in financial management, strategic leadership, organisational change strategies, and stakeholder engagement. These are areas he has brought immeasurable values in, at IGDI. He is adept at promoting ethical and responsible practices and behaviours that encourage everyone to raise their voices while leveraging communication and education to support knowledge transfer and capacity building. Dedicated to aligning corporate strategy with sustainable growth and governance excellence and an advocate for good governance, ethical leadership, and culture. He is also a consultant trainer and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Chioma is a Strategic Marketing and Communication Consultant, with proven experience in lead generation, innovative marketing of technology projects and products, advertising, and digital strategies.

She has demonstrated a history of working in the technology industry and engages in Empirical Research, Consultancy, Capacity Building, and Training to counter critical and emerging communication and marketing challenges. She is currently the head of the department of Mass Communications at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Chioma work closely with some of our volunteers and other board members to draft promotion and marketing strategies. Her experience in students' management and counselling also helps to provide steer in the selection of beneficiaries each year. She is a strong advocate for gender equality and the inclusion of girls in higher education.

She obtained her First, Second, and Doctorate Degrees in Mass Communication, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations. She has authored numerous Research Reports, Conference Papers and Articles, and is a keynote speaker at international conferences.
